Guacamole Shrimp

This recipe is ridiculously easy and something I made SO many times during my first month on my Optavia journey, It's wonderful because it uses the leanest of proteins and a healthy fat. You are left with so many condiments and 1 more healthy fat for the day! YAY!!

Guacamole Shrimp


Ingredients:

7 oz. shrimp

2 TBS Guacamole (I buy the brand that µy grocery store makes.)


Directions:

1. Rinse Shrimp in warm water and drain. Pat dry.

2. Drop 2 TBS of guacamole in a skillet and warm on medium heat.

3. Add the shrimp and continue to combine for another two minutes.

4. THAT'S IT!!!!

5. Enjoy how easy and yummy this is!
