I have tried SO many different ways to make my jicama fries. I think fries should be crispy on the outside and I wasn't able to find a recipe that could do this... then I discovered the air fryer. GAME CHANGER!!!
Jicama Fries:
Ingredients:
1. 1.5 cups of jicama (cu into strips)
2. Olive Oil cooking spray
3. 1/4 tsp salt
4. 1/2 tsp paprika
Directions:
1. Pat dry all jicama.
2. Combine salt, paprika, and jicama strips into a bowl.
3. Spritz the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray.
4. Air Fry the jicama fries for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
5. Make sure to shake the basket every 4-5 minutes.
6. Enjoy. :)
