Pickle Chicken

This tastes JUST like Chick Fil A chicken. Trust me, you need to try this recipe. Also, like most things I cook, it's SUPER easy!



Pickle Chicken


Ingredients:

1. 2 Chicken Breast (5 oz. each)

2. 2 Cups of pickle juice 3. 1/2 tsp salt

4. 1/2 tsp pepper

5. 1 TBS Ken's Honey Mustard

6. Pickle chips


Directions:

1. Cut fat off of chicken and place in a shallow dish.

2. Pour 2 cups of pickle juice over the chicken and refrigerate for 2-8 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

4. Pat Chicken dry and place in a 9x13 pan.

5. Cook for 20 minutes or until internal temp is a 165.

6. Place 4 oz. of chicken on two revolution rolls with honey mustard and pickles for a YUMMY sandwich.


This makes 2 servings/Each serving equals:
