Mini Bell Pepper Nachos

Mmmm... Can you smell that? It's the intoxicating smell of Nachos.. but not just any Nachos.

As a full on Cheese Addict, I found that I NEEDED a healthy nacho recipe in my life. I live in Texas, for goodness sake, home of the best Mexican food (I may be biased) out there! OK, OK -- so Nachos aren't the most authentic Mexican food out there, but it sure sends my taste buds on a whirlwind just the same.

After realizing how UN-healthy most nacho recipes are, I set out to find the best way to fix that issue! Below is the recipe I have come up with!

P.S.

Thanks so much for all of the continued support on my YouTube channel, Instagram, and ALL of the new friends on Facebook. I truly do it for "Ya'll". :)

I love to pair this dish with ,y favorite purposeful hydration, Raspberry Lemondae!
