Shrimp Stir Fry




This recipe combines two of Robby and my favorites... Chinese Food and Shrimp! As always, this recipe is also SUPER simple. That's exactly how we like it in the Sarvis/Gabbert household. It shouldn't take more than about 15 minutes from pan to table. Enjoy!


Ingredients:

7 oz. raw shrimp

3 TBS of egg beaters

1/2 green beans

1/2 chopped broccoli

2 cups cauliflower rice

1/4 tsp ground ginger

2 TBS low sodium soy sauce

2 tsp sesame oil

1/4 tsp onion pwder

1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions:


1. In a large pan, or wok let the sesame oil and 7 oz. raw shrimp simmer together for about 2 minutes.

2. Add in the 2 cups of cauliflower rice

3. Make a whole in the middle of the pan/wok and pour 3 TBS of egg beaters into the hole. Mix to combine and let it sit until the eggs have scrambled.

4. Add in the green beans, broccoli, soy sauce, and spices.

5. Let this simmer together until all veggies are tender and the spices have cooked through.

This yields 2 servings and each serving is as follows:

1 Lean | 3 Green | 3 Condiments
